At Ease Soldier

Well, he's here. And he could not be cuter...or more wrinkly. We named him Sergeant, or Sarge. So far Gabby and Beignet seem to like him. He slept in bed with us last night and did really well. We think he could be narcoleptic-he sleeps ALL the time! He'll be getting his booster shot this weekend and a nice long bath this afternoon once I get home. Pictures to come soon!

I must be going crazy.....

You know how they say when you have 2 kids, what's one more? Well, that seems to be the case with puppies too. Eric and I are addicted to craigslist and, as usual, I was scouring the "pets" section today and lo and behold, came across an ad for a litter of free(!) english bulldog pups. This is our breed, the one we've been looking for since we decided to get a dog. Well, pending a free day to drive up to Poplarville and an adoption application, we'll be bringing another one home. Hey, when you're already buying a ton of food a week, and picking up poop and piddle spots constantly, what's one more?
